JOURNEY: Activating Empathy

Explore your ability to “read" feelings. 

Empath Activation is a journey based workshop that dives deeply into the heart in order to understand and empower the intuitive gift of empathy.

The first half of the class is a discussion of empathy as a latent psychic sense in all humans, how it connects to the heart, how to turn it on and off as an empowered gift, and how to prevent empathic overload.

The second half of the class is a practice period - made up of exercises to explore different and refine different facets of your empathic gift. We then finish off with debriefing and suggestions for next steps.
