EdibleSpirit Journey: Boys vs. Girls delves into the masculine and feminine expression of your Self in various areas of your life. The journey is structured around a guided inquiry into the male/female, yin/yang, passive/active expression of yourself in distinct areas of your life.

All you have to do is follow along with the inquiry and see what comes up, all with the intention of cultivating a balance of your inner polarities. This balance is ALWAYS completely unique to each individual. There is no normal in this space, there's just YOU. The process of finding this unique balance empowers your most natural and efficient state of Self-expression leading to greater harmony, peace, and well... balance in all areas.

We'll start with a check-in and brief discussion, along with a few exercises to warm up your consciousness. This is followed by 60-90 minutes of actual guided journeying. There is ample time at the end to debrief and share your experience, although no-one will be required to speak. EdibleSpirit Journeys are about you doing you, in a safe, nurturing, exploratory environment.

Hands-on healing will be offered throughout to support your energetic unfoldment.
